Keynoted and convened by Secretary of State Clinton, the APEC Women & the Economy Summit is the largest diplomatic event to take place in San Francisco since the founding of the United Nations in 1945. The summit will bring together senior private and public sector officials and 700 delegates from 21 economies for a dialogue on fostering women's economic empowerment among the APEC economies.
